Eric Holder, Fast And Furious, and the Oklahoma City Bombing

The on-line weekly, American Free Press, is alleging that the Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder, “managed an FBI operation that provided explosives to Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols just prior to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building in Oklahoma City on april 19, 1996 .”
AFP says this is according to official documents released under the Freedom of Information Act, during an ongoing investigation into government foreknowledge of the terrorist attack.
The allegations published by AFP bear similarities to allegations in the ongoing investigation by the Congressional Oversight Commitee of the Justice Department and the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Department’s botched “Fast and Furious” gun-tracking program. One of the allegations that stands out is that a Department of Justice covert project was designed to make it look like massive gun sales were being made to drug cartels in Mexico, so that the Obama administration could justify getting Congress to pass gun-control legislation in accordance with the President’s agenda. AFP cites a source that says a similar project was made up to influence legislation and government action against citizen militias. That source and AFP reports, the project resulted in the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing.
The source originating these claims is also claiming he has documents obtained by way of Freedom of Information Act law suits that have resulted in the release of thousands of documents, which contain information that back up his claims.
While today The Oversight Committee’s allegations are that the Fast and Furious program went awry resulting in the deaths of at least two American law enforcement officers, and numerous others, at the hands of cartel operatives that utilized the weapons that the ATF and the Justice Department lost track of, the AFP source claims that the Oklahoma City Bombing was also a Justice Department project that went awry, that it got away from the government handlers, which resulted in the mass murder at the Murrah building in Oklahoma City.
In the case of the Oklahoma City Bombing, the details allege that a false program was created in order to make it seem like there was imminent danger of terrorism from “militia-groups,” and that a plan was hatched by the Justice Department to “set-up” certain individuals with ties to militia groups, so that those individuals would, with the help of covert operatives of the FBI, attempt to bomb the Murrah building in Oklahoma City, with the FBI stepping in at some point before the bombing took place, arresting those involved, and making their case against militia groups, and convicting those who were involved.
The modus-operandi may have similarities to recent operations by the FBI, in which covert operatives recruit a potential terrorist, someone pre-disposed to being convinced to receive training, equipment and methodology to commit a terrorist act, enticing the person to carry out the crime, albeit giving the individual at all times the opportunity to back-out of the operation and not go through with it, and then when the target individual refuses to back-out and attempts to go ahead with the commission of the crime, the FBI steps in, thwarts the terrorist act, and arrests the perpetrator in time to save the day. In those operations the FBI always insists that no one was ever endangered, and if there were explosives or weapons, that the weapons or explosives were fake and would not have caused death or destruction if the subject “terrorist” had attempted to use them.
If such a program were to go awry; that is, if the FBI failed to intervene at the proper moment or lost track of the “poetential terrorist,” one can only imagine the magnitude of death and destruction that would occur, if actual explosives or weapons were part of the equation.
That is exactly what the AFP source is alleging happened with the Oklahoma City bombing, and indicates that additonal information which verifies his claims, points to similarities of just such a thing happening with Operation Fast and Furious, resulting in the deaths of the two American Law Enforcement officers with guns from Fast and Furious.
That additonal information obtained from documents released under the Freedom of Information, AFP’s source, Jessie Trentadue, alleges, points out that the common denominator in Fast and Furious and the Oklahoma City Bombing is Eric Holder.
In an interview with the Radio Program, the Corbett Report, Trentadue flags the Justice Department with botched programs that include the tragedy and deaths at Ruby Ridge, the Branch Davidian tragedy and deaths at Waco, Texas, and he states that during the time those operations were conducted by the government, the Second-In-Command at the Justice Department, under then Attorney General Janet Reno, was Eric Holder.
Attorney Jessie Trentadue, the source of these allegations, is motivated to do so because, according to Trentadue, his brother, Kenneth Trentadue died in FBI custody, who according to the FBI, committed suicide while he was being interrogated about his possible involvement in a milita group tied to the Oklahoma City bombing.
Jessie Trentadue, however, maintains that his brother matched the description, and was a dead-ringer for another man that the government was pursuing. Tentradue’s brother was mistaken for the man they were searching for, because he matched the description of the other man, including having a similar tatoo on his forearm.
Trentadue states emphatically that the FBI’s taking his brother into custody was a case of mistaken identity and that his brother had no connection to any militia group.
Trentadue alleges the FBI tortured his brother to attempt to extract from him information he did not have; that his brother died from the torture; and that the FBI tried to cover it up by saying that he committed suicide; that they tried to cremate his body (twice) to cover up the murder; that they tried to cover up the beatings inflicted upon him by covering him head to toe with cosmetics; that his brother was severely bruised and had his head split open as a result of the torture; that he has the photographs on a website that show proof of the torture and beatings; and Trentadue says that he received “tips” from anonymous sources about the FBI mistaking his brother for someone else.
The Trentadue family filed suit against the government to find out what had actually happened to Kenneth Trentadue, and settled with the government for a sum of money, but his brother, Lawyer Jesse Tentradue did not stop there, but requested further information via the Freedom of Information Act, and when the Justice Department was not forthcoming, sued in Court for pertinent documents.
Trentadue says, when he proved to a Judge that the FBI was covering up their misdeeds and lying to him, to the public and to the Judge, the Judge then ordered all documents found and released, which provided information about his brother, the Justice Department, the Oklahoma City bombing, and specifically the ties to Eric Holder.
Details of these developments are available at the Corbett Report radio interview HERE… This web site includes the interview with Trentadue and a list of links to documents and reports about this case.
The significance of these allegations in conjunction with the current questions arising from the Congressional Oversight Committee’s investigation Of Eric Holder’s Justice Department, raise even more serious doubts and suspicions about the Obama Administration and Eric Holder’s Involvement via the Justice Department, and their actions and influences regarding their attempts to push through their agenda through Executive Branch actions, and via the Congress through legislation.
At this time (to our knowledge) the Trentadue allegations are not part of the investigation by Congress into the Fast and Furious program, but Congressman Darrell Issa has recently expanded the investigation to include allegations that the Justice Department has been laundering money for the Mexican Cartels.
Additionally, as more allegations surface, along with purported evidence of severe wrongdoing, implicating a Justice Department with, not just the involvement in terrorist acts against Americans, as in Fast and Furious, and the Oklahoma City Bombing, but the with the origination of such programs against the American people to justify their political agenda, it would behoove Congress to lead by investigating and getting to the bottom of the alleged evidence at hand.
Such allegations against the Justice Department, particularly the FBI are not unprecedented. The FBI’s COINTELPRO (Counter Intelligence Program) “…was a series of covert, and often illegal, projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic political organizations…COINTELPRO tactics included discrediting targets through psychological warfare; smearing individuals and groups using forged documents and by planting false reports in the media; harassment; wrongful imprisonment; and illegal violence, including assassination. Covert operations under COINTELPRO took place between 1956 and 1971; however, the FBI has used covert operations against domestic political groups since its inception. The FBI’s stated motivation at the time was “protecting national security, preventing violence, and maintaining the existing social and political order…”
“…A major investigation was launched in 1976 by the Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities of the United States Senate, commonly referred to as the “Church Committee” for its chairman, Senator Frank Church of Idaho. However, millions of pages of documents remain unreleased, and many released documents have been partly, or entirely, redacted…” (See COINTELPRO Info)
If the current allegations prove to be true, the American people can no longer count on viewing the Executive Branch of their government as their protector and guarantor of national security, and a vast, thorough, and conclusive reform of the Justice Department must be effected, and those under whose authority these acts and programs were administered must be brought to justice and held accountable either for direct involvement or for their lack of ability to administer programs under their authority.

So, let me get this straight. After managing a key operation, he is handed a top position?
Holder wasn’t “second in command” at the DOJ when Ruby Ridge and Branch Dravidian went down; they happened in 1993, when Holder stepped down from a position as a judge to become US Attorney for the District of Columbia. . In 1995, the year of the Oklahoma City bombing, Eric Holder was STILL not “second in command” in Janet Reno’s Justice Department. He wasn’t appointed Deputy Attorney General until 1997.
Facts are stubborn things.
