We can’t judge the potential outcome of the 2012 Presidential election solely on the Gallup approval numbers, but history shows us when a President gets underwater on the ratings he runs into trouble in winning an election. The new Gallup state-by-state approval ratings are out and they show Obama above 50% in only ten, I repeat, in only TEN states!
In 10 states plus the District of Columbia, a majority of residents approved of the job Barack Obama was doing as president last year, according to aggregated data from 2011. His greatest support came from District of Columbia, Maryland, and Hawaii residents, while Utah and Idaho residents gave him his lowest levels of support — below 30%.
Additionally, Obama has the approval of only 50.1% in California and 50.4% in Illinois. These are stunning numbers and show Obama is incredibly weak across the board. As the Examiner points out, if Obama can only carry these ten states he will lose by a landslide.
If President Obama carries only those states where he had a net positive approval rating in 2011 (e.g. Michigan where he is up 48 percent to 44 percent), Obama would lose the 2012 election to the Republican nominee 323 electoral votes to 215.
Of course, we have to consider that Obama will spend hundreds of millions of dollars in key battleground states in an effort to move up the percentage and win those electoral votes. But that’s easier said than done in some of the bigger, more electoral vote heavy battleground states. Obama will have to have either Florida or Ohio to stay in the fight. In Florida his approval rating dropped to 43.6% and in Ohio he’s down to 42.1%.
In other words, provided Florida, Ohio and other key battleground states see a GOP candidate they can throw their support to, Obama has a big uphill climb ahead of him.

Americans should be aware: BaROKE Owebumbler’s biggest supporter and contributor was George Soros, a billionaire socialist who spent money to try to elect Gore and Kerry. Owebumbler attended conferences where radicals Frances Fox Piven/Richard Cloward ADVOCATED bringing down our capitalist system with HUGE WELFARE DEBT–Owebumbler has put more citizens on FOODSTAMPS than anytime in U.S. History, he’s intent on bringing down our dollar just as Soros wants through all the DEBT, to usher in NEW world trade currency–that will CLOSE the Federal Reserve Banks–”paper” dollars will be worthless since they are “NOTES” of credit from Federal Reserve.
I am hoping and praying that all Americans will become more involved in this fight for our Constitution. It is time for all of us to stop being complacent, and stop thinking our freedoms are guaranteed. I think of all the soldiers, from the Revolutionary War on who have fought to preserve our freedoms, and this is why I am so upset with the imposter in the White House. To know that Americans were deceived by the DNC makes me very angry, but we are responsible for some of the blame. We took it for granted that the person running for the office of president would be a legal candidate. We have enjoyed our freedoms for so long that we never expected someone to do what Obama and his thugs have done to our nation. People who are still UNDER THE SPELL OF THE LIBERAL MEDIA need to wake up and realize what is really going on right under our noses! It is paramount that citizens realize that the liberal media and Obama have called everyone who questions his eligibility derogatory names, such as “birthers”! Their one and only goal in doing thIs was to paint those people as “nutcases”, so that no one would take them seriously. Do your own research. Look at the U.S. Constitution – Article II, Section I, Clause 5 which states that to hold the office of President of the United States one must be a “natural born citizen”! The Supreme Court in the case of Minor v Happersett 1875 defined “natural born citizen” to be one who is born to parents both of whom have to be citizens of the United States. Obama has said in his own words that his father was never a citizen of the United States. It is interesting to note that the Democrats tried 8 different times in 2003 to get that eligiblity requirement changed or deleted. This was because, at that time, they had a candidate who was not a “natural born citizen”, and if you guessed it was Barack Hussein Obama you would be correct. This was the first step in Obama’s and George Soros’s plan to “fundamentally” change America!!! It is the duty of each and every citizen of this country to correct this travesty!!! AMERICANS NEED TO WAKE UP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE! When I was growing up, I used to hear the older generation say that the only way America would ever “fall” would be from within. People, that process is underway!!!
I just don’t understand how anyone with half a brain cell can support this obviously inept excuse that we have for a President. I know the media probably has them brainwashed, but you’d think simple obvervation of all that is going on around them, would cause them to at least take a moment to question a few things. America is going down the tubes at warp speed under the incompetent leadership of this little Dictator. He is now trying to tell the Catholic Church to do something which they cannot possibly do without violating God’s laws. And with St. Peter say, “Is it better that we obey God or man”? Obama is a dictator wannabe, pure and simple. If he is this arrogant now, imagine what he will be like when he doesn’t have to think about reelection! Stopping this runaway freight train is imperative! And finally I never used to be a “birther”, but I am now 99.999% one now because of Obama’s words and actions. In fact I am also leaning toward the “conspiritorial thinking, that it just might be he is merely a puppit on a string, with the puppeteer being George Soros, or a similiar group or entity. But sometime the truth will come out. God Bless America!
There one thing I am greatly afraid of that dictator-wannabe will declare the election not valid because he lost. Then he will declare martial law on the land, if you speak up then your a$$ is in jail. He has said “I want to be other Hugo Chavez, I like the way he has done to his people.” Chavez would like to come to US and visit with Ovomit to tell him now to take off like he did. Obummer has given away high top secrets to China by showing them our military base against our Generals. Obummer has Jews, Catholics, Tea Party, Latinos, and other class warfare all wanting to see his a$$ kick badly this fall. This is only POTUS I hate, the others I got mad at them but I respect they view. Not this one and even the cabinet is full of crooks and thieves.
I say let’s get it on. A better America will rise from the ashes. I hate to wait.
The Alinsky playbook calls for class warfare, inciting race riots, illegal alien demonstrations, OWS-type civil disruptions, and union thuggery in order to justify declaring martial law and suspending the Nov. 6th Presidential election.
So, do not count on there being free, fair, and honest elections on Nov. 6th. Mr. Obama and the Obama Campaign know how unpopular he is, even with a $1.2 trillion raise in the debt ceiling with which to create jobs to buy votes.
They also do not plan to surrender peacefully the authority for which the left has been working since 1920, at least.
